The U.S. Virgin Islands falls in the (Atlantic Time) zone, which is (1) hour ahead of US Eastern time. The Cruise Ship Schedule is (Not) always the same as the local time. Some cruise ships change their clocks to reflect the local time but otheres do not. If you are not sure, ask your cruise line. If your ship leaves in (Eastern Time) and your ship does not adjust their clocks, that means you will arrive (1) hour earlier local time.
